SHIPPING - We Ship Worldwide!!! 
  • Your orders are custom made. It generally takes our factory 5-10 days for our production to print, cut, sew, and ship your leggings.
  • On all International orders, aside from the shipping cost, upon receiving shipments it may be the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees (depending on the country) that are incurred as a result of the shipment.
  • Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
RETURNS -
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, free from dirt or any fragrances, and in the same condition you received it. Please return your items neatly folded and in its original packaging if possible. Items received in poor condition may be refused and returned to you.
  • We have a 14-day return policy. This means that from the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to ship it back in the mail and email us your tracking number. If more than 14 days pass from the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.
  • If your return is eligible, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Please email us the following information with your return:
    • Order confirmation #
    • Tracking #
    • Reason for return
    • Return method desired

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES / STORE CREDITS-
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
 
If you are approved, then your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days. We do offer exchanges within the US, but we don't offer any exchanges for international orders, however you can receive a refund or store credit, so you can replace the order for the item you would like in exchange. We limit exchanges to be done only one time per order. Exchanges will typically ship the next business day after your return is processed. Returns received Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. If a store credit is requested, a promo code will be issued to you via email. Your store credit is easily applied during checkout of your next order. For any international orders that received free shipping and is returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 
 
Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at tasha@howwesoul.com.
 
 
SALE ITEMS - 
 
Any item with a marked down 60% or more from the original is to be considered a final SALE ITEM. Unfortunately there are no returns allowed for any of these sale items. All sale items discounted 60% or more are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If these final sale items are returned without authorization from our customer service, the item(s) will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to any unauthorized returns.
 
 
SPECIAL ORDERS -
 
Special Orders are NOT able to be cancelled once the order has been placed. All Special Orders are NOT returnable since these items need to be specially made one piece at a time. Each special order is made specifically for each customer and are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If special orders are returned without expressed permission from our customer service, it will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns. For international shipping of special orders, additional charges may apply to orders containing both in stock and special order items.
